Abstract

43 years old male, current smoker, with a history ofdyslipedemia was admitted with unstable angina. Hisphysical examination was unremarkable.Electrocardiography demonstrated minor ST-Tchanges with Q waves in inferior leads. Medicallyrefractory angina developed after hospital admissionand he underwent cardiac catheterization three dayslater.
